2. How to File a Complaint
Write to the Grievance Officer at the email above with the following:
- Your full name and registered mobile number / email
- A clear description of the grievance and the content, order, or account it concerns
- Any supporting screenshots, order IDs, or reference details
- The resolution you are seeking
3. Resolution Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Resolution: within 15 days from the date of receipt, in line with the IT Rules, 2021.
- Requests to remove content that exposes a person, or is in the nature of impersonation or sexual content, are actioned within 24 hours.
4. What You Can Report
- Unlawful, misleading, or infringing content on the platform
- Data privacy concerns or requests relating to your personal information
- Issues with offers, coupons, payments, or rewards
- Abuse, harassment, or impersonation
- Account access, deactivation, or deletion requests
